For orders within European Union all import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. 

For all orders outside European Union the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties.
So once the order arrives at its destination, the customer will be required to pay all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.

If a customer does not accept to pay their respective taxes and duties levied at their country's customs, we accept to receive the order back to our warehouse. The cost of the shipping return and the Italian taxes to enter the products back to Italy are at the customers' own expense. As soon as we receive the products back, we will proceed with the refund of the order deducting the cost of importing back the product to our warehouse.
