Return and Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUND

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for refund.

You can return any item for a refund, within 20 days of receiving your original order as we need to receive the products back within 28 days since delivery.

For an item to be considered eligible for return, it must be in the same condition in which it was purchased, with no signs of use and with the original label and tags attached.

To start a return procedure, please access the following link by filling in the text fields with your order order number and the email address used for the purchase:
You will receive a prepaid return label with the instructions to return your package once you have filled the form and created your account.
Prices for your return: 
  • Returns from Italy have a cost of 0€ 
  • Returns from the rest of European Union have a cost of 15€
  • Returns from outside of European Union have a cost of 30€

N.B. Customized products are not refundable.

As soon as we will receive your package and will check that the item is conform with how it was shipped to you, we will confirm you by email that your return has been accepted, and we will proceed to refund the credit card with which the payment has been made, the original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

(refund will be made within 30 days, or in line with the credit card policies)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
• Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
• The item must not be worn; it has to be in the same conditions as it was received
• Original tags of the item must not be removed.
• Swimwear (bikini bottoms, swim trunks or briefs) and intimate apparel (briefs, boxers) must be tried on over underwear. Returns will not be accepted if the protective hygienic strip has been removed.

EXCHANGE

At the moment we do not offer exchanges, we are sorry but we don’t have the processes in place to support it just yet. We’re happy to accept returns of unworn items with original tags attached within 28 days of the order date.

You’d then be able to go ahead and place a new order.
